One year later, in September 11st, 2003; Moby Magic collides with a submerged object;  during Livorno -Olbia crossing.  The engine room was damage and the vessel was tugged to Aranci Gulf.

In october, Moby Magic was moored in Naples; later in Cagliari and Genoa. 

Finally in 2005, this vessel was scrapped by Aliaga, Turkey.
